Our founder, a qualified Civil Engineer, graduated from Yildiz Technical University in 2009 and spent over seven years working in the construction industry in Turkiye. In 2017, he obtained the Real Estate Valuation License from the Capital Markets Board of Turkiye (SPK) and established a valuation and consultancy company in Istanbul, offering professional services in the real estate sector.
In 2021, our founder relocated to the United Kingdom, where he worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator. This experience provided valuable insight into the UK construction and real estate market and allowed him to apply his strong technical background to local projects and investments. His deep understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and feasibility adds a unique layer of expertise to our services.
